How to apply

Your Application Checklist

The application process consists of three steps:

1. Registration

Initially, you will have to register on the Registration Website. You will be asked to enter your name, valid email address and some basic data. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your personal registration code. The personal registration code is required at several steps throughout the registration process. Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the confirmation email.

2. Application

After receiving your registration code, please enter our Application Data Base. We recommend that you collect and prepare all information before starting the application process as once started, you will have to complete all steps to the end. Saving the data and continuing later is unfortunately not possible. Please use this PDF to check, which information needs to be provided during the application process. After submitting your data, you will receive a confirmation letter. The confirmation email will contain a link for a scientific questionnaire we kindly ask you to answer as part of your application process as well as the link for the recommendation form. Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the confirmation email.

Application deadline: January, 31st.

3. Recommendation Letters

We ask for TWO recommendation letters. Once you submitted your application, the confirmation email will include:

a) your personal registration code

b) the link to the recommendation form.

It is your responsibility to provide this information to two referees of your choice. The link will open a page, where your referee can upload the recommendation letter file. You and the referee will both receive an email confirming the successful upload of the recommendation letter.
